PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

By opting in through the Get My Offer form, you authorize Shinas Properties to send calls and recurring SMS messages to the telephone number you provide regarding your property, your request, and a potential cash offer. Communications may be made using automated technology.

OPT-IN AND CONSENT

You opt in only by entering your telephone number on our website and separately checking the consent checkbox. The checkbox is not preselected. Consent is not a condition of receiving or purchasing any property-related service. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES

You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may impose charges according to your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message to stop SMS messages. You may also request revocation through any reasonable method, including calling (216) 293-6201 or emailing info@shinasproperties.com. After an opt-out request, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

The messaging program is intended for persons at least 18 years old in the United States. Service may not be available on every carrier or device.

CHANGES OR TERMINATION
